Agriculture in the Classroom Canada
I’ve had the honour of a working relationship with Agriculture in the Classroom Canada for the past 3 years. My time working with them has evolved from a small project basis to a part time contract to support their graphic design needs.
Agriculture in the Classroom launched an online learning portal in 2021 for school-aged children to learn more about agriculture in Saskatchewan. This website is used in elementary school classrooms across Canada to teach prairie settler history in Canada. I had the pleasure of illustrating the website from start to finish. A staggering 700+ illustrations set this website apart as a useful resource for teachers and students alike.

Little Green Thumbs
Little Green Thumbs is a National program and branch of Agriculture in the Classroom that is designed to bring agriculture and gardening practices into elementary school classrooms across Canada. They educate on food security and nutrition by offering hands-on activities and resources for teachers and students. Classrooms are equipped with an indoor garden for students to grow their own vegetables.
I’ve had the pleasure of supporting LGT over the last couple of years by implementing their graphic design needs such as posters, online resources, teacher manuals, social media content, etc.

Climate Change Resource
LGT launched an interactive Climate Change website with the partnership of the Government of Canada to raise awareness on Climate Change issues in classrooms. You can visit the website at https://www.littlegreenthumbs.org/ccc/.
My role on the website was to illustrate the site and resources.

Classroom Poster
Classroom posters are a huge part of LGT’s commitment to education. The posters are hung beside classroom gardens to teach important topics to school children.

Social Media Content
Over the past several years, I’ve created custom illustrated social media posts for LGT’s social media channels.
